How long will it take to receive my hair?Hair orders can take up to 7-10 days for processing and 2-5 days for shipment. We provide tracking information.

Refunds/Disputes: How do I cancel my order?If for any reason you need to go against our policy of no refunds/exchanges, you will no longer to be able to shop with Shimmer Elite Extensions or House of Shimmer. Disputes are also very serious and are fraudulent. These result in termination of future orders as well. Email us at houseofshimmerteam@gmail.com with any questions/concerns regarding your order. We can respond to emails at any time. Phone calls/website communication are only heard/seen during business hours.

What should I use to wash my hair?Use sulfate free products to wash and condition your hair.

How do I care for my wig/unit?Be gentle with your unit. Don't excessivly comb, brush or style. Find a style you like and LEAVE IT ALONE!

Can I color my hair?Yes, we suggest you use a professional colorist for your bundles. To acheive bright colors, we strongly suggest using our blonde 613.

How long will my hair last?Hair can last for years if properly taken care of.

What Grade is our hair?We carry the highest quality of hair.

Will my hair shed?There will always be SOME shedding. Your hair will not shed excessivly unless you excessivly style it or use the wrong products.

Can I receive a refund after my hair has been used/worn?No. We do not accept returns or refunds of hair; especially after it has been worn and maniuplated. We are open to any questions/concerns you have about your order as soon as you receive it.
